The Kalamazoo Promise

I don't have any kids, but if I did I'd see what jobs were popping in Kalamazoo.

I read the Wall Street Journal every weekday at work. Why? For the gems like the about story. Oh, yeah, that business stuff is real interesting, too.

In all seriousness, politics and economics affect us all whether we're aware of it or not. Unlike cultural issues, which we can ignore or choose not to participate in -- yes, you can avoid seeing Paris Hilton by not watch E! and VH-1 and stop reading those trashy entertainment mags-- politics and economics can overly and covertly restrict our lives and choices.

Sorry, for the change in tone. I still have some comments about FOB: I should've expected this from a band whose singles are "Sugar, We're Going Down", "Dance, Dance"*, and "A Little Less Sweet Sixteen And a Little More Touch Me."

* You'll find this funny if you remember the Billy Idol (?) song "Dancing With Myself."
